Our Bookkeeping Services:

Supplier Purchases: Comprehensive handling of bills, purchases, and expenses. Our services include supplier reconciliations, processing of all payable documents directly into Xero, and utilisation of HubDoc or your preferred project management tools for bills importing.

Job Costing: Cost tracking for projects and for trades & materials, ensuring budget adherence and profitability analysis.

Invoicing: Prepare your invoices and quotes, and record payments.
Preparation and management of quotes, invoices, bank deposits, and sales processing to support your business’s sales cycle and revenue generation.

Debtor Management:
Chase up money owed to you.

Employee Management: From setting up new employees in the system to managing payroll, including Single Touch Payroll (STP), superannuation contributions, and WorkCover.

Entitlements & Reporting: Accurate tracking and reporting of employee entitlements such as sick leave, holiday leave, and accruals, along with payment summaries and end-of-financial-year lodgements.

Financial Statements: Preparation of critical financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts, along with GST & quarterly reporting to provide a clear financial overview.

Assistance with business activity statements (BAS), PAYG setup, taxable payments annual report (TPAR), and liaison with your tax accountant for seamless ATO compliance and financial operations.

Optimisation: Whether you’re starting fresh or optimising an existing setup, we ensure your Xero account is perfectly aligned with your business needs.

Xero setup and migration: Smooth transition to Xero from other accounting packages implementation of bank rules and automations for streamlined financial management.

On-Demand Support: Our team is here when you need us, offering advice and answering your questions to keep your business moving forward.

Our Bookkeeping Pricing:

We offer both ad hoc support, charged by the hour, or a fixed weekly bookkeeping package.

5 hours per week – $350 

Billed by weekly direct debit

No lock-in contracts

$85 + GST per hour

We will invoice you at the end of the week for the time we worked that week.
